I sat the cape exams in 2013/2014 and had to do a resit (at another school) in 2016, I didn't receive a cxc associate degree, and I want to know why, I even applied for it when I was sitting the exam.

Hello I sat the cape exam in 2015/16. I passed all seven (7) but I didn't received an associate degree. According to the cxc administrative assistant I was not qualified for the associate degree which was applied for so I'm requesting an option change.
