Out dated payment process for replacement certificate.
Today I went to start the process to replace a CSEC certificate for my son, I was handed a leaflet instructing that I should purchase a bank draft. I asked why could I not use my credit/debit card to pay. That was not allowed, I must purchase a bank draft. In addition, the replacement certificate will take 3-4 months. Totally unacceptable. This has got to change...
