I requested a transcript May 1,2017 and accidentally placed my home address as the shipping address, as I realized my error. I opened a ticket the same day 5 minutes later explaining the issue and asking if the shipping address could be changed. I was notified 24 hours after via email. The responses said that someone will look at it then my ticket was closed. I just want answers as to whether changing an address is possible.

Good day, I would like to know when requesting transcripts to be sent to an international university, if the billing address and shipping address should be your home address or does the shipping address need to be the university you’re sending it too?

When requesting transcripts, please input the institution name and address you need the transcripts to be sent to in the shipping address.
