Good Day,
@Chevannae Carr
Kindly contact your Local Registrar at the Ministry of Education (the Overseas Examinations Commission in the case of Jamaica) in your territory to find out about the procedure to have the amendment done.
Alternatively, you can submit the original certificate (with the error), a copy of your birth certificate, a letter indicating the change required and a bank draft of USD$70.00 (USD$30.00 for the amendment and a USD$40.00 courier fee) to our mailing address listed below:

Below are some tips when logging into the student portal: https://studentportal.cxc.org/
When accessing your results, please ensure that you are entering your date of birth correctly. For example, if your date of birth is 8 June 2005, it should be entered as 06/08/2005. If this does not work, try 08/06/2005. If you are based in Trinidad and Tobago, kindly ensure that you enter your candidate number or birth certificate number and not both. Please note that the birth certificate number ONLY applies to candidates from Trinidad and Tobago.
Kindly ensure that you are entering the information as it appears on your timetable. If there are any errors, contact your Local Registrar as soon as possible.
If you are still unable to access your results, please contact your Ministry of Education as soon as possible to confirm your registration details.
If you are receiving a message stating that your access to your results has been denied by your centre, please contact your school (if you are an in-school candidate) or your local Ministry of Education (if you are a private candidate) to find out whether your access has been denied and, if so, why. Please note that CXC does not restrict any candidate's access to their results.
