RM assessor

Good afternoon I am unable to log into the RM platform, constantly receiving the message that username or password is incorrect and Im using the information I got from CSEC. In addition, it is not giving me the option to change the password.

I was able to log in to rm but to day i have not been able to gain access to marking im getting a response of u r not authorise to view any question groupand marking was schedule to start on 16th june.Need an urgent response.

@Yolanda Ferdinand, I believe that you have to select the familiarisation mode before you click to log in to your account.
