MAY/JUNE REGISTERING PRIVATE

If I have written exams in January 2019 prior and also in May/June 2019 . Then I signed up for January exams 2020 and was not able to sit it do I have to make a payment since I will be writing in as a private candidate in MAY/JUNE 2020 this year?
