I am not being granted access to my 2020 CAPE results

Good day, I am trying to log onto my student portal but I'm being denied access. I am getting a message that reads "The portal has been closed for the selected examination.

You may not enter the system!", Althhough granted access the week before, I need to log back on to retrieve the grades. Thank you
