Yes. You should contact the CXC Local Registrar in your territory, and seek permission for arrangements to be made for you to write the examinations in Dominica. A Transfer Fee of BDS$27 must be paid to the CXC Local Registrar in Jamaica. If that is not possible, the fee may be paid in Dominica. The CXC Local Registrar in Dominica reserves the right to impose an additional fee, if appropriate.
