Should the candidate’s computer or electronic device stop working, the candidates’ completed work will be saved up to that point and the candidate can resume as soon as the problem is rectified. If the problem is not rectified within 30 minutes the candidates’ test should be rescheduled if no other computer or electronic device is available.
