The name on a candidate’s certificate or transcript will reflect the name used by that candidate when he/she registered to write examinations. The names on these documents can only be amended if an error was made at the time of registration. The name on certificates and transcripts cannot be changed if that candidate’s name changes due to marriage or deed poll etc.
